We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Apprentice to work and learn with us at The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust. We are looking for an ambitious candidate to work in a fast-paced school environment, dealing directly with students, parents, the public and staff members. We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to provide high quality customer services to staff, students and members of the public in person or online that includes dealing with telephone queries, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, problem solving and being a key contact in communication, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
