  • Year 8 Heathrow STEM Generation Workshop

    On Tuesday 12th February, our Year 8 students took part in the Heathrow STEM Generation Workshop, an exciting event designed to develop employability skills and raise awareness of future career opportunities. 

    Students explored the wide range of roles available at  Heathrow Airport and discussed the key skills needed to succeed in the workplace. They then applied their learning in a hands-on challenge, programming a robotic vehicle to follow a set route and complete specific tasks.

  • Year 9 The Tech School

    The Tech School Year 9 group recently visited the Monday.com offices in London for an engaging and hands-on learning experience. During the visit, students used the Monday Vibe platform to design and create their own original digital games. Working in small groups, students planned, designed, and built their games from concept to completion. The activity challenged them to think creatively while applying technical and design skills in a real-world professional setting.azq

  • Year 7 Science - Exploring the Solar System

    In Science lessons, students in 7T have been learning all about the Solar System. As part of their learning, they were challenged to create a presentation in the form of a poem, rap, or song about the planets and their place within our Solar System. They also designed and created props or models to support their presentations.
