In celebration of World Book Day on 5th March 2026, I am pleased to inform you that our Scholastic Online Book Club is now live.

Families are warmly invited to browse the wide selection of titles available and place orders online by 7th March 2026 using the link below. All purchased books will be delivered directly to the College and distributed to students on site.

The performance captivated students from the outset, combining impressive visual effects, a compelling storyline, and high-quality acting. The production offered a unique opportunity to experience the world of Stranger Things in a live theatre setting, bringing the story to life in an exciting and immersive way.

Students explored the wide range of roles available at  Heathrow Airport and discussed the key skills needed to succeed in the workplace. They then applied their learning in a hands-on challenge, programming a robotic vehicle to follow a set route and complete specific tasks. 

Our Year 11 Duke of Edinburgh participants recently completed their expedition in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. The two-day journey involved plenty of walking and an overnight stay, testing their teamwork, resilience, and navigation skills. 

Students and staff at Rosedale College filled the campus with a vibrant sea of yellow in celebration of World Mental Health Day, with events designed to raise awareness and promote open conversations about mental well-being. The day featured a “wear yellow” dress-up, a creative photo prop competition,
and a thrilling treasure hunt, all aimed at highlighting the importance of mental health in a positive and engaging way.

distinct privilege to welcome Councillor Steve Tuckwell (Former MP of Uxbridge, Cllr Ruislip) to share with our Citizenship Studies students of KS3 and KS4 (Year 9 and Year 11 respectively). During the visit, students had the unique opportunity to learn first-hand about the workings of government and the importance of civic engagement.

In order to find out the winner of the tournament, there was a one-shot shootout which unfortunately went in favour of the other team.

This meant Rosedale College finished 2nd, a fantastic achievement for all involved and a great day, Well Done Team!

On Wednesday 25th September students in Year 8 played their first match of the season where they played against Guru Nanek. They did extremely well and won their first game of the season 6 - 2. Our talented students could have easily scored a lot more however, it was their first time playing an 11 a-side match. Student A had scored a hattrick, and remains our top scorer since last year! Student B scored on his debut along with Student C who also scored on his debut as well as assisted with 2 goals. Student D was incredible in the middle of the pitch, winning duals and running box to box, he even managed to get a goal in himself! Student A was our ‘Man of the Match’ with his 3 goals and incredible enthusiasm to press well. Overall, all students had a very successful first game and we are looking forward to more victories this year. Well done Year 8!

Rosedale College are delighted that their excellent outcomes have been recognised by SSAT (The Schools, Students and Teachers Network) in this year’s Educational Outcomes Awards. The award recognises that Rosedale College is among the highest performing secondary schools in the country, based on 2023 performance data and information from Ofsted. 

Rosedale College was recognised in two categories, receiving awards for being in the top 10% of schools nationally for student progress and in the top 10% of non-selective schools for student attainment in the 2023 end of KS4 exams. 

The SSAT Educational Outcomes database compares all state-funded schools in England. To be recognised with an Educational Outcomes Award is a significant achievement and a testament to the work of the whole school community.
