Open Evening

Welcome to our Open Evening event!

I am extremely proud to welcome you to our college, so you can see for yourself what Rosedale College has to offer.

We are an inclusive, high achieving college, where students continually outperform their peers nationally in most subjects at GCSE. We have a broad curriculum, enriched by additional extracurricular provision and specialist facilities. Our staff are passionate and dedicated, and support our students with effective intervention strategies through out-of-hours revision sessions if necessary.

We are proud to be recognised as having flagship status for the Inclusion Quality Mark, and for achieving the Leading Parent Partnership Award.

I hope you enjoy our tour and seeing all the wonderful activities our students and staff have showcased.

College Uniform Orders

During this unprecedented time, we have arranged for uniform to be sold online. You will need to register your details in order to proceed; this will allow you to make your selection, pay for your order online and then arrange for a convenient time for collection. We do encourage you to use the sizing and measurement guide that will be available on the website.

Due to government recommendations, there will be limited opportunity to try on any garments, so please do use the guide mentioned above. We can assure you that any exchanges will only be considered if all the tags and packaging are intact. We hope you find this new system of transaction helpful.

Cashless Catering System

We have introduced a new cashless catering system - IPayimpact. This means that in an attempt to eliminate cash payments, parents, guardians and carers are requested to pay for their child's school meals using our online payment system. This will provide you with a convenient, secure and verifiable way of making online payments for school meals as well as uniform.

Students will need to be registered to be able to purchase items from the canteen. Once registration is complete, you will have access to your account statement and will be able to manage your payment history and automate online payments. Students will then be able to make payments by simply placing their finger on the reader, with recognition done through our biometric technology. The software will then automatically deduct the value of the items from the student's account.

This is a simple and secure way for parents, guardians and carers to make trusted cashless payments and efficiently manage school purchases. If you have any queries or wish to discuss our new cashless payment system, please contact the College at

Trust Transportation

The Trust is able to offer specialist transport provision to access our sites. As such, we have a fleet of transportation we utilise to transport students across sites. To access these provisions, students are required to follow our stringent prevention practices as advised by the government for any public transportation.  The minibuses go through a rigorous cleaning regime following each journey and it is recommended for students to wear face coverings for the full duration of their journey. We will continue to issue frequent communications to ensure all necessary precautions are taken and that all staff are up-to-date with the official published government guidance.

Studio Colleges

In Key Stage 4, we offer two further pathways at Parkside and De Salis Studio Colleges. We offer industry ready subjects that can easily be transposed to industry by combining academic and vocational learning together with real work experience. This enables our students to become experienced, qualified and highly employable young people and through high quality classroom learning alongside practical work related activities, students will develop the skills, experiences and qualifications necessary to succeed in an increasingly competitive employment market.

As a Trust, we have collaborated with a number of well-established companies to host many events, enabling us to forge long-term relationships, exposing our students to valuable opportunities and providing them with engaging, rewarding and memorable experiences. Previously, we have had the opportunity to work with VIPs from the Cayman Islands and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

It is always great to show appreciation to loved ones for helping us though each day. This might be a friend, family, teacher or anyone we look up to. Cooking someone’s favourite meal or making their favourite snack is a fantastic way to show appreciation. Food Technology at Rosedale College allows students to develop different cooking techniques as well as experience different foods from different cultures. Teaching children how to cook helps them understand and appreciate how much time and effort it takes for a parent to make a healthy, tasty meal for the family. Food Technology also aids students in making nutritional meals, which is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle.
