Interactive Mathematics! 26/10/20
Technology can help to inspire active participation in the classroom, which is a very important factor for increased knowledge retention. Different forms of technology can be used to experiment with, and help decide what works best for studentsin terms of retaining their knowledge. Here at Rosedale College, with the new view sonic installation in all classes, Post 16 students have been experimenting with the Mathematics Software GeoGebra to help understand a Further Mathematics topic that is currently being taught. Students are enjoying studying with the new view sonic boards, and say they are understanding the topic much better, as they are seeing things visually. Students at Rosedale College are feeling very lucky to have been provided with such amazing software, to help develop new skills in learning.
